Lecture on financial crises

We hosted students from the Economics of Financial Markets course (Bicocca University) for a special event: exploring an extremely technical subject—financial crises—through the lens of a film and group discussion.

Led by their professor, Luigi Ruggerone, the students discovered how the film The Big Short (2015) serves as a perfect learning tool for these topics. The professor led the group in particular by delving into the most technical aspects of the subprime crisis, sparking an intense debate.

An opportunity for focus, sharing, and camaraderie to make university learning more dynamic. All of this took place in our Learning Lab.
