Open lesson: Driving specific change

Change is not something that ever stops happening, because anyone who wants to survive needs to keep changing. This rule applies to individuals, groups, and businesses. The only things that don’t change are dead things.

When change is imposed from above, it’s important to quickly understand the challenges that the anticipated change brings with it. Anticipating critical issues before they arise helps us understand what measures need to be planned to overcome them.

This lesson is aimed at young people, who are generally open to change but often find themselves dealing with people who tend to resist it because they are unwilling to understand its benefits.
