We intervene in group dynamics with a structured method that acts as an "operating system" for working groups. Through focused workshops the organisation learns to manage its own rhythms and boundaries in a healthy way, using kits that make relationships tangible and problem-solving immediate.
Autonomy
We transfer the skills needed to use Ecologia organizzativa® kit autonomously. We enable participants to run 60-minute sessions that unlock specific tasks, from facilitating dialogue to taking a critical decision. The goal is to make the working group capable of producing certain, repeatable results, independent of external consulting.
